Hey, Hey! PK here,

Would you believe I founded this dynamic conference over 20 years ago?

The truth is, I saw a great need in the African American churches. Unlike non-minority places of worship, our churches lacked the fundamental training to guide our youth pastors and leaders.

Something had to change.

Applying my extensive experience as a youth pastor (now 25+ years), I developed an initiative to help churches enhance their knowledge while creating impactful children and youth ministries.

Today, BASYM has served countless individuals and teams and continues to make a major impact in, around, and outside our community lines.

Year after year, attendees walk away motivated, inspired, and eager to immediately apply what they learned through our unique curriculum. To God be the glory!

I want to extend a warm invitation to join us on March 22-23, 2024, for this year’s conference, “Back to the Basics: What Would You Do 2.0.”

Why 2.0?

Let’s just say we couldn’t fit all the golden nuggets into last year’s conference, so we had to bring it back…and it’s better than ever!

Hands down — BASYM will elevate your mental, emotional, and spiritual approach to connecting with children and youth.

Prayerfully, I’ll see you in March!

In Christ,

Pastor Kevin

This two-day, hands-on conference is ideal for…

It’s the solution for individuals and teams working directly with children and youth in any capacity. BASYM will benefit churches, homes, schools, or organizations looking to empower young people to become strong, confident leaders, grow in the Word, and advance the Kingdom as they enter adulthood.

No one leaves BASYM the same way they came...

“The thing that I loved the most is the hunger for these youth leaders, these youth pastors, these children leaders, these children pastors who have come from near and far just to get wisdom, knowledge, and understanding on how to build a youth ministry. It was an amazing two days!”

“Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”
